Free Shipping

We ship everything POSTAGE FREE in the contiguous(48) continental United States via U.P.S. Ground Service. The only exceptions are Liquid Chemistries and Mounting Boards Products due to their extreme weight factors. Air Shipments and U.S. Postal Service are available at additional cost. Most of our orders ship within 48 Hours.All items are postage free with the exception of liquid chemistry and mount boards. We charge a flat fee of $6.95 for Insurance and Handling, which appears as a shipping fee on your order form. Please be aware that the freight charge reflected on your order, may be incorrect when utilizing any expedited services. Please call 1 (800) 922 -5484 if you have any questions.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our product quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your materials, notify us within 14 days of receipt and our technicians will try to resolve the problem. If the problem persists, we will arrange to pick up the product and issue a replacement, credit, or refund. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Insurance and Handling

We charge a FLAT RATE of $6.95 on ALL orders for Insurance and Handling. C.O.D. orders require an additional FLAT fee of $11.00.

Terms and Conditions

We require a $35.00 minimum order. Our LOW prices are based on CASH terms - C.O.D., prepayment, or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If open account is required by your organization, our terms are NET 30, subject to credit approval. All C.O.D. shipments are subject to credit approval as well.

Sales Tax

California residents add sales tax.

Schools, Government Agencies, Municipalities Purchase Orders are welcomed. Please send us your bid lists.
